Layer 1 & 2: 1 packet of plain agar (7gram) 100gram sugar 500ml uht milk + 200ml water (700ml total) 150gram mango flesh (sweet fragrant mango) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder Layer 3: 1 pack of plain agar (7gram) 700ml of water 100gram sugar Kiwi fruit, seedless grapes, melon, watermelon (to taste) Layer 4 & 5: 1 pack of plain agar (7gram) 100gram sugar 500ml uht milk + 200ml water (700ml total) 150gram mango meat 1/2 teaspoon vanilla For layers 1 & 2: Blend mango with 100ml of liquid milk So the rest of the liquid milk is 600ml For layer 1: Gelatin, uht milk, sugar & vanilla are stirred first until blended together Then take 250ml mixed with the blended mango and then cook So for layer 2 the remaining 350ml of cooked milk liquid For layers 4 & 5: Same way with layers 1 & 2 Pan size 23cm 8cm high Use a sharp knife to cut the pudding
