Unscrew the nozzle. Step 2. Use wrench (#27) to remove elbow screws. Step 3. Use wrench (#27) to remove fitting. Step 4. Remove the 4 screws holding the panel in place. Step 5. Remove the 4 screws securing the rear panel. Step 6. Use a screwdriver to remove the bottom 6 screws (all except the two screws holding the valve bracket) Step 7. Take the cover off. Step 8. Use a wrench (#7) to hold the nut and then use a screwdriver to remove the screws holding the valve in place and remove the valve. Step 9. Pry open the solenoid coil with a small pair of scissors and remove Step 10. Unscrew the upper part of the valve with a wrench (#34) and take out the bad spool Step 11. Replace the spool with a new one and use a wrench (#34) to screw the upper part of the valve back in (the upper part of the valve is tightened by keeping the thin line in line with the lower part of the valve) Step 12. Use a wrench (#7) to hold the nut and then use a screwdriver to install the retaining valve screws. Step 13. Put the solenoid coil on the valve Step 14. Fix the cover plate cover first, then fix the motherboard bracket plate Step 15. To fix the front panel first, then to fix the rear panel. Step 16. Then use a #28 wrench to screw back into the connector. Step 17. Use a wrench (#27) to tighten the elbow screws. Step 18. Last, screw the nozzle back on. 00:26 Replace the valve Step 1.
