Today, I would like to look back together with you on the contents of the Heart Sutra that we have studied together so far. The Heart Sutra, whose official name is the Maha Hannya Paramita Heart Sutra, expounds on the essence of Mahayana Buddhism and is widely read in many Buddhist sects. In today's society, where all kinds of information is exchanged, many people are overwhelmed by it, losing time to breathe and feeling exhausted both physically and mentally. The Heart Sutra is a sutra of wisdom. Wisdom removes the worldly desires that cause us to be confused. I believe that now, when we live in a complex society overloaded with information, it is necessary to study the teachings of wisdom in the Heart Sutra in order to live better. Although I still have a lot to learn, I would like to learn about the Heart Sutra together with you all.
