This is the First Half of the Finale for Part 1 of Honkai Impact 3rd's Main Story. Humanity faces the biggest crisis yet! In order to put an end to Honkai for good, Kevin assumed the Authority of Finality and began implementing Project Stigma. In an unforeseen turn of events, Seele, Durandal, and Li Sushang were teleported to the Moon in a place called New Atra. This video is a recap of the "Moon Base" story arc that takes place in the New Atra and Crater of Finality Open World. The story is a direct continuation of Chapter 31 EX, and it revolves around Kevin and World Serpent trying to implement Project Stigma.
