Hello Riders! A new discipline is on the horizon! This time we're trying out carriage driving. Let me tell you a little about it: The carriage driving discipline has its origins in eventing, with the main difference being that it uses a carriage pulled by horses or ponies. There are three categories: single-horse carriage (one horse), double-horse carriage (two horses), and quarter horse carriage (four horses). The carriage driving event consists of three events: Dressage on a 100x40 or 80x40 square, in which a reprise must be performed at different paces. The Marathon is an endurance test on a course made up of several natural or artificial obstacles, in which the winner is the one with the best time in the penalty area. Finally, the Cone or Handling Test is a time and knockdown test consisting of single obstacles (pairs of cones with balls) or multiple obstacles.
