Yeti 100 Mile Endurance Run 2025 | The Race that Broke Me | Ultramarathon Race Vlog
On September 26, 2025, I ran the Yeti 100 mile endurance run in Abingdon, Virginia, and this video shares my story about the ultra race that broke me. Not new to ultra or the 100-mile distance, and familiar with the Yeti, I was stoked to be back to Appalachia after last year's cancellation because of Hurricane Helene. I started my ultra journey 5 years ago and, unfortunately, a pre-existing lower back injury forced me to drop out of the 2020 Yeti at mile 72. I came back and completed three successive 100-milers, including the 2021 Yeti 100 and the 2021 Seven Trails 100. The Yeti and the Yeti Trail Runners community has a special place in my heart. Unfortunately, things did not go according to plan. I will be back again for the Seven Trails on November 15 in Damascus, Virginia.
