Ukraine: Air raid sirens heard in Kiev as Putin declares war

Air raid sirens rang out in Ukraine's capital Kiev following the announcement of Russian military operation in eastern part of the country. Russian President Vladimir Putin gave a state address saying the action comes in response to threats coming from Ukraine.
