Speaking of the "Celebrity Chefs" buffet at this Marriott Hotel in Galaxy, I've actually eaten there several times before. I think it's good, but it's really quite expensive. However, recently I discovered that there are even their meal vouchers on Australia Food, and it's buy one get one free! Monday through Thursday, it’s only $475 per person; When I came to Galaxy for a buffet at this price, my first reaction was, "That's a bargain? Isn't it?" But when I was looking for information to see what was available, I saw people online saying that this place now has "little food variety", "messy taste", and others saying it's low value for money. I was stunned and thought: Isn't it? So far from the impression I used to eat? So is it my impression wrong, or is it exaggerated online? Since there is a discount now, I immediately bought two tickets and went to try it in person! Let's test it, this price will eat famous chefs, will it be deceived? If you want to know the results, be sure to read to the end, I will introduce you to each food in detail! Once inside, the first thing to do is to rush to the seafood area! Frozen shrimp, sweet shrimp, mussels...the freshness of the seafood here is maintained. The frozen shrimp is crispy and bouncy, and the crab legs are quite fresh and sweet, not dead salty. Followed by the sashimi and sushi area, salmon, octopus, all playing normally. For hot food, there’s ready-to-cut roast beef with well-controlled heat and tender meat. There are also many Chinese stir-fries and dim sum, siu mai, shrimp dumplings, but these are more filling, we can do what we can. The Marriott Hotel is famous for their dessert area! The desserts here are really exquisite. You can try a few more in small pieces. Their chocolate fountains and ready-to-go waffles are a hot spot in line every time. I recommend their mango napoleon the most. It's crispy and not soft. It's delicious! At the end of the meal, it’s time to summarize! At the regular price, it may really be a little hesitant, but now Aussie buy one get one free, $ 475 from this price, eat this environment, this quality, I personally feel very cheap! The Internet says it has "less variety of food" and, frankly, there is indeed less choice than in its heyday, some very expensive ingredients like lobster are not available. But if measured by the current discount price, I think the variety is sufficient, seafood, hot food, desserts are complete. As for the "messy taste" aspect, I don't think so! Most of the food kept up to standard, especially the dessert section, which remains their strong point. Of course, if you are pursuing the extremely rich, ask-for-what kind of buffet, this may not satisfy you. But if you’re looking for a place to sit comfortably, have a beautiful environment, chat slowly with friends, and eat a good buffet, now it’s definitely worth a try for the price!
