Today was an absolute cracker of a day! Dave and I headed out to Wombat State Forest on a mission — finding the perfect camp spot for the upcoming Southern Cross 4x4 Club campout. First stop was Firth Park, and being Easter, it was packed! But you can see why… a small, picturesque lake and a great setup that could be perfect for a future trip. Next up, we checked out Trenthem Falls — only a trickle flowing today, but you know it would be an incredible sight after some rain.
