Places we visited 1. Thotupola Kanda Thotupola Kanda is the third highest mountain range in Sri Lanka . It is 2,357 m (7,733 ft) above sea level. It is located in the Horton Plains National Park in the Nuwara Eliya District. The trail is 2km and approximately take 1 hour to the peak. It is said that the rail is medium difficulty. However we did came across some rocky inclines. Location : https://maps.app.goo.gl/9gmEAwZxW2Sey... 2. Dunsinane Falls Dunsinane Falls is a waterfall in Nuwara Eliya District of Sri Lanka. It is situated in Pundaluoya village and between the Tea estates known as Dunsinane (named after Dunsinane Hill in Scotland) and Sheen. Therefore sometimes this falls is called as Dunsinane Sheen falls. The waterfall is created by the Pundalu Oya river which is a tributary of Kotmale Oya. The upper part of the fall is 30 meters and it flows through a wide rocky plain. There is a small Hindu Kovil to the left and a statue of God Saraswathi has been built at the middle of the rocky plain, which adds a unique beauty to the waterfall Location : https://maps.app.goo.gl/KVR52Qpmqzu9t... 3.Seetha Amman Temple Seetha Amman Thirukkovil is a Hindu temple located in the Nuwara Eliya District of Central Sri Lanka. The temple's folklore is deeply connected to the Hindu epic, the Ramayana. According to the epic, after Sita was abducted by King Ravana of Lanka, she was brought to this location.
