Reason: Business handover to my sons and the associated technical difficulties... it will be... just a little different Yogurt-Chocolate Cake "Hole Cake" in the Venus of Vemmina Prepare the sponge cake from: 3 eggs, separated 90 g sugar 1 packet chocolate pudding powder 50 g flour Bake in the Venus at 190°C for about 15 minutes, let cool, roughen the top "flaky layer" with a fork. Place the Pasha or Frankfurter Kranz insert in the center of the cake. ... Drain one large can of peaches and arrange them around the outside of the mold (leaving a small border). Prepare the light yogurt cream: Mix 300 g yogurt with 100 g sugar; Soak 6 sheets of gelatin and soften them; fold in 400 ml whipped cream and spread it over the peaches, leaving about 1 cm free at the top; chill for about 2 hours, then remove the mold. Chocolate cream: Melt 100 g dark chocolate and mix with 125 ml warm milk; Soak 4 sheets of gelatin and dissolve them in the warm mixture; fold in 400 ml whipped cream and pour it over the yogurt mixture, smoothing it out and letting it set. Remove from the mold, decorate, and admire the beautiful slice!
