BMW E61 automatische Heckklappe öffnet nicht? Hydraulik-Öl nachfüllen und Dichtung tauschen
The hydraulic/automatic tailgate on my BMW E61 LCI (facelift) no longer opened. Initially, the problem was the damper, which had popped out of the ball joint. Additionally, there was too little hydraulic fluid (AeroShell 41) in the hydraulic reservoir, which prevented the tailgate from opening fully. The hydraulic fluid was leaking from the pressure reservoir due to a leaky seal. In this video, I demonstrate the causes of a defective tailgate and how to fix them.
