Machines getting serviced, the fire going, and introducing a new face you’ll be seeing a lot more of around here… my brother in law Cory. He’s joined the crew and is already getting stuck into maintenance and helping keep the property running smoothly. While we’re working on the mower and talking about future plans for the farm (including a few new machines we’re looking at bringing in), we also had a problem to solve… way too many chilies growing in the garden. So the solution was simple. Fire up the BBQ and start experimenting. If you’ve got a heap of chilies at home, this is a super easy way to use them. Straight over the fire, soften them up, add a bit of oil, garlic, balsamic, herbs and whatever else you’ve got lying around. It’s simple, rustic and perfect on a sandwich with some good bread, cheese or leftover meats. Farm life, good food, and a few new projects on the way.
