Welcome to Episode 2 of the Isuzu KB250 build: Project Knobkiri. In this episode, we take the Isuzu onto the dyno after some minor initial modifications by Jarred to see exactly what this bakkie is working with in stock form — and how much power it’s actually putting down. This is our first proper performance test after the initial walkaround, giving us a baseline before we start serious upgrades, tuning, and off-road preparation. You’ll also see how it performs under load and whether there are any immediate issues that show up once it’s pushed.
