The Ho'oponopono Family Tree Cleansing Meditation helps us transform all negative memories that influence our present at the genetic and familial levels. This meditation is designed to cleanse our Family Tree of negative patterns passed down from generation to generation: painful memories, fears, traumas, mistakes, hereditary illnesses, fatal failures, what is commonly known as a "generational curse," and so on. We often find ourselves acting based on what we have learned, internalized, and inherited from our parents, grandparents, and relatives. We may notice the existence of negative patterns and the repetition of painful situations from which there is no escape. But we can decide whether this is truly what we want or not. Cleansing our Family Tree means a better understanding of what our true essence—our soul—is and desires. This means releasing the burden we inherit from our ancestors: ancestral debts, prescriptions, expectations, fears, old wounds, and other negative programs. And by freeing ourselves, we free everyone who came before us and those who will come after us. The duration of the practice depends on the extent of negativity and how deeply these negative memories are ingrained. To consolidate the results on a subconscious level, I recommend performing this practice daily for at least 21 days.
