Uechi-Ryu Karate Kata Bunkai - Thoughts on Elbow and Hammer Fist Applications

In this video we explore some Uechi-Ryu Karate Bunkai (applications) from our Uechi-Ryu kata. These are just a few bunkai techniques that can be applied using the hammer fist and elbow strike from the kata.
