The Ultimate Budget 3rd gen 4Runner Lift?
Fixing some saggy rear springs and blown shocks. I replace my 25 year old stock suspension with front springs from a 2001-2005 Tundra TRD and bilstein 5100 shocks for the same truck. Then in the rear I use the 2001 tundra bilstein 5100's with a pair of Old Man Emu (OME) 890's I expect this lift to provide 1-2 inches.. but we'll see what we get at the end. Parts used in this video are: Front Left(driver) spring: 48131-AF090 Front Right(pass.) spring: 48131-AF100 Rear Springs: OME 890 Front Shocks (x2): Bilstein 5100 24-261425 Rear Shocks (x2): Bilstein 5100 24-100144 Strut Top hat bushing(x2): Monroe 907926 Rear shock bushing: Energy Suspension 9.8140G (G for black/R for red) endlinks (x2): any 90-95 4runner rear swaybar endlink
