Արևագալի ժամերգություն

Արեւագալի ժամերգություն կատարվում է Մեծ Պահքի օրերին, առավոտ կանուխ, ժամը 7.30-ին: Այն հաստատվել է դեռ 7-րդ դարում` Եզր Ա Փառաժնակերտցի կաթողիկոսի օրոք: Երջանկահիշատակ Գարեգին Ա Հայրապետն այսպես է բնութագրել Արեւագալի ժամերգությունը. «Սքանչելի, խորհրդալից գաղափար կա սրա մեջ` աղոթքով ողջունել արեւի ծագելը երկրի վրա, աղոթքով զգալի լույսը տեղափոխել հոգեկան աշխարհի մեջ` հոգեպես բացվելով իմանալի լույսին»: Այս ժամերգությունը Հիսուսի Հարությունն ու աշակերտներին երեւալն է խորհրդանշում: Այստեղ նույնացվում են Սուրբ Հարությունն ու արեւի ծագումը: Գլխավոր գաղափարը արդարության արեգակ Քրիստոսի ծնվելն է եւ խավար մտքերից հավատացյալներին փրկելը: Արեւագալի ժամերգությանը հնչում են առավելապես Շնորհալու շարականներից: Փառաժնակերտցի կաթողիկոսից 5 դար հետո Շնորհալին է անդրադարձել այս ժամերգությանը եւ վերանայել դրա երաժշտական եւ բառային կառուցվածը : Հնչում են աղոթքներ ու սաղմոսներ, Ատյանի աջ ու ձախ կողմերում կանգնած ճեմարանական երգչախումբը հերթով կատարում է օրվա շարականները «Արեւելից մինչ ի մուտս», «Ճգնավոր Աստուծոյ», «Ճանապարհ եւ ճշմարտություն»: Հատկապես տպավորիչ է «Լույս, արարիչ լույս» շարականը. «Ի ծագել լույս առավոտուն, ծագես ի հոգիս մեր զլույս քո իմանալի»: Հոգեւորականները սիրով հրավիրում են բոլոր հավատացյալներին` մասնակցելու գեղեցիկ այս արարողությանը: Sunrise Service Sunrise Service takes place during the Lent, early morning, at 7:30. This service was established back in 7th century, by Catholicos Ezr 1 of Parazhnakert. This is how Karekin I, of blessed memory, described the Sunrise service: ''There is a marvelous, mystery-full concept in this -- welcoming the Sun rising over the world with prayer, moving the light felt through prayeronto one's inner world by opening upspiritually to the light conceivable''. This service symbolizes Christ's Resurrection and appearance to His disciples. Here the Holy Resurrection and the rise of sun are identified. The main idea is the birth of Christ, the Sun of Justice, and saving of believers from dark thoughts. During the Sunrise service mainly the hymns (sharakans) of St. Nerses Shnorhali are played. 7 centuries after Catholicos Ezr I, Shnorhalirevised this hymn and its musical and word construction. Prayers and sermons are in the air, and the Seminary Choir standing on the right and left sides of the court performs the hymns of the day one after another -- ''From sunrise to dawn'', ''God's Hermit'', "Path and Truth". The Hymn "Light, Creator Light" is especially impressive: "In the dawning morning light, bring also the light of understanding into our souls". The clergy cordially invite all believers to take part in this beautiful ceremony.
