This simple, incredibly delicious apple cake with a sour cream and whipped cream topping and an almond crust is perfect for late summer and autumn: moist, creamy, and crispy all at once! Simply wonderful and just the thing for cozy afternoons with a good cup of tea or coffee. A dollop of fresh whipped cream is a must, of course!
