Pergolesi's Stabat Mater - BBC Proms rehearsal with Carolyn Sampson and Tim Mead - BBC SSO

Ahead of our BBC Proms concert on Friday 6 August 2021, we spoke with two of our soloists - soprano Carolyn Sampson and counter-tenor Tim Mead - at our final rehearsal of Pergolesi's 'Stabat Mater'. The concert, which is broadcast on BBC Radio 3 live from the Royal Albert Hall in London, pairs the music of Pergolesi with Stravinsky's ballet Pulcinella. Martyn Brabbins conducts.
