The German company Siku introduced the Mercedes 250 model in the W 115 body to the market in 1969. In 1975 there was a re-edition of this model with a changed box and new wheels. The Siku models had the characteristic fluorescent colored glass, so I had to renew the original glass despite the breakage. The alloy of white metal from which the model was made was very brittle, therefore the roof pillars often cracked. I glued mine with cyanoacrylate glue, which I strengthened with baking powder. The doors of this model were mounted without a spring and had to be renewed separately during painting. To complete the whole, I made a box characteristic for this model from 1975. The number on the box is used according to the new chronology, while the number V 309 was still on the chassis of the car.
