Bead Blasting Setup and Review of Sealey SB970 Blasting Cabinet

This is a quick review of the Sealey SB970 blasting cabinet. I bought this to restore small motorbike parts that were badly corroded. I have to say the cabinet and gun have performed very well and I'm incredibly pleased with the results. Im using a Hyundai HY2150100 Silent Compressor which is 100L, 4HP and 1500W which suits the cabinet well. Do not use any lesser spec than this compressor or you will spend quite a bit of time waiting for air. The cabinet is well constructed, heavy duty and the gun also works perfectly. The only change I made was to anchor the media pickup tube to the bottom of the cabinet otherwise it flaps about. I was using the smallest nozzel that came with the gun. So far I am very happy with the results. One thing I will say, when I got the second Sealey cabinet I did notice quite a few of the fasteners were loose, so I just had to tighten them all up.
