The Riverview Metropolitan Area is overly reliant on importing electricity from neighboring cities. This has only gotten worse as the city continues to grow, with the old Riverview Incineration Plant only able to supply 1/3rd of current consumption needs. Today, we're adding a new major power generation station to the city, transforming the metropolitan area from an electricity importer to an electricity exporter!
