Gear: Equipped with a hammer upgraded to Mk V. Using the A.I.D. Nightfall and Jaguar gear set bonuses (increased drone damage when near the enemy + 5 more drone shots.) Using Omni-Cell implant for +5 more drone shots. Drone Proximity Adapter from the second floor vendor at Seaside Court (beneath Giant Octopus in Jericho City) can also help dramatically. Mk. The higher your gear, the more you're equipping, etc. the quicker this fight could go. Phase 1: Generally run away from Delver just enough to bait it into an attack. When Delver pauses in its attack, you run in and do a running vertical attack with the hammer. When Delver digs in the ground, you can usually do a running vertical attack each time he comes up until his third giant leap out of the ground. Repeat until Delver be dead. Phase 2: Lock on, target one of its front arms, start attacking with your combo while shooting non-stop with the drone until Phase 2 ends. The extra drone clips and drone damage is there to minimize this phase. Alternatively, though not shown in the video, increasing impact as much as possible (Rhino and A.I.D. Eclipse partial gear sets as of Jan 2020 patch, implants) can help keep Delver stunlocked through Phase 2. Phase 3: Generally stay far enough away from Delver to bait it into throwing its whole body at you. Run in after it and strike it three times. Four or more times if you're pushing it. Run away and bait Delver into the full body attack again. Delver may sometimes do a shockwave and if you're too close, a swiping attack. Repeat until Delver is offline.
