Blues Guitar Soloing Lesson - Moves Aren't Licks

A lot of my students have a hard time really "owning" and memorizing licks because they try to memorize too many things... Most "licks" come from a series of "moves," and those moves tend to get used in many different licks, no matter where they come from. I think of it like speaking or typing, you don't think about how to type "t - h - e", you just type "the" when you think of it.
