This centrally located base requires 6 people to move in and costs 3500 influence making it quite the investment. There are 4 large facilities available for customization. There are 3 small facilities available for customization. You also get a built-in level 3 infirmary, a built-in bedroom with 6-8 beds based on your selections, and a modified level 2 kitchen that is slightly worse than normal. With all these customizations, it's hard to imagine the base will be bad!
