Five days. Multiple Louisiana camping and fishing adventures. One goal: eat what we catch. In this Catch & Cook video, we spend time camping in the Louisiana backwoods, fishing from the boat, setting yo-yos and limb lines, and trying different ways to put fresh fish in the cooler. Along the way, we catch catfish, crappie, bluegill, bullheads, and more while enjoying time with family, friends, and fellow Louisiana outdoor creators. This trip includes: • Camping at a Louisiana state park • Fishing with yo-yos, limb lines, bank poles, and regular rods • An overnight boat-fishing adventure with my dad • Camping beside the river with limited gear • Cleaning and cooking fresh catfish and crappie • Plenty of laughs, late nights, family time, and real-world outdoor challenges Not every trip goes exactly as planned, but that is part of the adventure.
