(Throwback) San Juan Airport: American Airlines Glory Days & More!

Here's a Throwback aviation video @ Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (TJSJ/SJU)!! Filmed on 2005, this video takes us back to the "Glory Days'" of American Airlines and their Caribbean hub operations. Back in the day, one would easily get tired at seeing so many American Airlines and American Eagle aircraft in San Juan. At its peak, the American hub saw over 60 daily mainline flights, mostly to the mainland, and over 100 daily American Eagle flights, mostly to other Caribbean islands on ATR 72 aircraft.
