On this channel, I share my vlogs, recipes, organization tips, home projects, family moments, and everyday life with one goal in mind: To build a sweet life, one day at a time. 🤍 Subscribe to be part of the adventure, my little shrimps. 🦐 🧁 Ultra-Moist Marble Muffins Ingredients 2 eggs 100g sugar 1 container of plain yogurt 100ml neutral oil 250g flour 1 packet of baking powder 100g dark chocolate 1 tablespoon of milk (for melting the chocolate) 1 pinch of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional) Preparation 🥣 Whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is pale and creamy. Add the plain yogurt, then the oil. Mix. Then incorporate the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Melt the dark chocolate with a tablespoon of milk. Divide the batter in half: Leave one half plain; Mix the other half with the melted chocolate. Fill the molds, alternating the two batters, then swirl them with a toothpick to create a pretty marbled effect. 🔥 Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F) (convection oven).
