KIA XCEED cambia VOLTO! PROVA e PREZZI da 27.450€

We drove the new 2026 Kia XCeed, the second restyling of the Korean coupé crossover, and this time it's not just a touch-up: a completely new front end with a vertical LED light signature in the Opposites United style, a redesigned rear end with a light strip running from side to side across the tailgate, new wheels, and new colors. The sleek styling with a sloping roof remains its defining feature, giving it a high-wheeled crossover with an almost coupé-like silhouette, but now the XCeed speaks the same design language as the latest Kia models. In this video, we'll show you how it changes inside and out, how it handles on the road with the 150 hp 1.6 T-GDi engine, and how much it costs, because price is one of its strongest selling points. Under the body, the technical foundation is the familiar Ceed family, a previous generation compared to the Niro and Seltos, the other two C-segment SUVs in the range: no full hybrid, only gasoline and mild hybrid options. A choice that comes with an interesting downside: a decidedly competitive price tag for the segment. Inside, however, the leap is clear: dual 12.3-inch displays integrated into a single panel, a new two-spoke steering wheel with ADAS controls on the left and infotainment on the right, full connectivity with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and heated and ventilated seats. A few details that betray the project's age remain, such as the traditional gear lever and instrument panel graphics from a few generations ago, but nothing that really weighs on everyday use. The trunk offers 380 liters, with a generous double floor under the cargo floor and a power-operated tailgate. TECHNICAL DATA — 2026 KIA XCEED — Length: 4.38 m — wheelbase 2.65 m — Trunk: 380 liters, up to 1,378 with seats folded — Engines: 1.0 T-GDi 3-cylinder 115 hp (manual or DCT7 mild hybrid) and 1.6 T-GDi 4-cylinder 150 hp with DCT7 — 0-100 km/h for the 1.6: 8.7 seconds — top speed 203 km/h — Trim levels: Business and Style — Warranty: 7 years or 150,000 km HOW IT RIDES The 1.6-liter turbocharged petrol engine with 150 hp, the most powerful in the range, performs very well: the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission is precisely calibrated, and the Normal and Sport driving modes have been recalibrated to differentiate them more, with Eco being the most The XCeed is focused on efficiency, while the Sport is more responsive. The bulk of this update, however, focuses on comfort and NVH: improved soundproofing, reduced wind noise, and a retuned rear suspension for increased passenger comfort, and the difference is noticeable. In the city, the XCeed handles efficiently, with good visibility and a clear perception of space. On the highway, the suite of driver assistance systems is convincing, well-calibrated as per Kia tradition, with the audible speed limit warnings finally becoming less intrusive: a sign that customer criticism has been heard. Interior space is where it loses out compared to the Niro and Seltos, especially in terms of headroom and legroom for rear passengers, who still have air vents and a USB-C port. ✔ Value for money with a full range of features ✔ Significantly improved comfort and soundproofing ✔ Effective and well-calibrated ADAS ✗ Smaller rear space than its siblings ✗ No full hybrid: only gasoline and mild hybrid engines PRICES Prices start at €27,450 for the 1.0 T-GDi 115 HP manual in the Business trim, well below the €30,000 list price; they rise to €30,450 for the mild hybrid with DCT7 automatic transmission, a €3,000 increase justified by the automatic transmission plus hybrid certification; they reach €34,800 for the 1.6 T-GDi 150 HP in the Style trim, with ventilated seats and latest-generation driver assistance systems.
