Brahma Bhatt Brahmins: In the context of the origin of the world and humanity, the Purusha Sukta of the Rig Veda imagines a cosmic being pervading the entire universe, from whom the world and humanity originated. It states that Brahmins originated from the mouth, that speech is imparted through the mouth. Brahmins are those who are proficient in Vedic knowledge, free from attachment, greed, and anger, and engaged in worship. Bhatt is not a caste but a title. When members of the Brahmin lineage achieve unprecedented success through acquired knowledge, they are granted the title of Bhatt. It is also mentioned that a Brahmin who knows Brahman and who explains it to others after knowing Brahman is a Brahma Bhatt Brahmin. Brahma Bhatt Brahmins are those who are proficient in Vedic knowledge, free from attachment, greed, and anger, and engaged in worship. "Brahma Bhatt" is a surname that is traditionally a sub-caste of the Brahmin caste. The word Brahmabhatta is derived from the Sanskrit words Brahma and Bhatt. Brahma literally means to grow and increase, and Bhatt literally means priest. This refers to the class of Brahmins traditionally responsible for the development and growth of society in Hinduism. Since ancient times, the Brahmabhattas, a sub-caste of Brahmins, have played a vital role in social development in India, serving as spiritual leaders, priests, socialists, advisors, poets, Brahmin warriors, historians, scientific rulers, diplomats, physicians, and teachers. This is also a natural genetically distinct identity for the Brahmabhattas. History bears witness that even in adverse circumstances, the Brahmabhattas demonstrated the qualities of a Kshatriya character by performing their duties as warriors on the battlefield to protect religion and country. Devotees of Shiva, Shakti and the Goddess of Learning, the Brahmabhattas have always displayed conduct associated with truth, knowledge, justice, discipline, sacrifice, penance, foresight, courage, etc. The discussions about the Brahmabhattas in mythological histories and Hindu scriptures have also been laudable. Even in today's times, the Brahmabhattas continue to strive for the development of society, the country and mankind with their excellent participation, sometimes by becoming a part of the system and sometimes against the system, linking their fight with the objective of positive development. In this context, I would like to say, in reference to the state of Bihar, that this state has done remarkable work for the development of not only India but the entire human race. The people of the Brahmabhatta clan have also made the path to reaching their destination easier with their footsteps. Due to the difference in similar words with different meanings, people have lost sight of the truth. Bhatt was a Vedic period Brahmin. Those who were well versed in Brahmin scriptures were called Bhatt Brahmins. Later, due to their special status, they started using the title Bhatt. Their clan produced many scholars who always protected the Dharma when needed, such as Kumaril Bhatt, who protected Sanatan Dharma. Then came Adi Guru Shankaracharya, one of the most learned. Aryabhatta and Bhaskaracharya were mathematicians and astrologers who first gave the world trichometry, zero, etc. Vagbhatta introduced every medical principle into Ayurveda. Banabhatta was the court poet of Harshvardhan. Surdas ji was also a Bhatt Brahmin, and Vallabhacharya was also a Bhatt. Brahmin, Nimbarkacharya, all the Peshwa Brahmins were Bhatt Brahmins, Balaji Vishwanath Bhatt, Bajirao Ballal Bhatt who never lost a war, was the first Hindu to establish the Maratha Empire in Delhi for three days. Bhatt Brahmins are respected. There is a huge difference between Bhat and Bhatt, Bhats are those who do Charan, they never considered themselves Brahmins, their number is very less and they are found in some places.
