Building an Animatronic Skull for Halloween (Instructions)
This is a quick project that uses a cheap plastic skeleton I picked up from Target a few years ago, some leds, and a servo. You can control it with any microcontroller (such as an Arduino) but I'm using a Parallax Propeller Activity Board here since they have convenient servo connectors and are easy to program.
