Today, we're literally discovering what an engine overhaul means, whether it's true or the biggest scam on the used market. The market for track and off-track motorcycles has officially gone crazy in 2026. Sky-high prices for 20-year-old bikes and ads promising mechanical miracles. After two years of track riding and zero problems (mine), I've decided not to play the odds anymore: we're dismantling everything, piece by piece, and giving this engine a second life. Is it worth investing in an "old" 600 or is it better to take the risk with a new purchase? What would you do?
