SWRO Algarve | Securing the Region's Water Future

The Algarve desalination plant will be the first facility of this type developed in Portugal for public supply, a strategic project aimed at reinforcing the region's water security. In this video, we showcase the engineering and key technological solutions developed by GS Inima for a plant with an initial capacity of 43,800 m³/day. The facility will integrate seawater intake, pretreatment, advanced filtration, reverse osmosis, and remineralization, guaranteeing a high-quality water supply with maximum operational and energy efficiency. Discover in detail the engineering, operational processes, and different construction phases. 🔗 Learn more about the project: https://inima.com/en/project/algarve/
