After spending nearly 45 days in Thailand, we’re crossing the border and taking the Slow Boat down the Mekong River to the city of Luang Prabang. After spending a night in Huay Xai, Laos, we take the slow boat to Luang Prabang, via an overnight stopover in Pakbeng.
