Building Mental Strength to Deal with Difficult Issues
In this video, Rinpoche discusses how the mind can compound our suffering with stories that we create. Rinpoche recommends that we release fear-based stories about our problems and thus build our mental strength. Rinpoche defines healing as " building the strength to deal with issues" that disturb our inner peace.
