Change is never easy. Life isn't a blank slate that you can erase and start from scratch. In this last video of 2025, sitting in my armchair, I take stock of this year that was both exhausting and enlightening. I'm talking about how a back pain crisis forced me to look at my tensions and seek new habits – from Pilates to meditation. I also reflect on the decision to distance myself from the toxicity of social media to return to reading and being truly present. And, of course, I celebrate the magical encounters that music provided me this year, especially the emotion of having Cássia Eller "back" through the shows with Chico Chico and Luau MTV. 2025 was a year of transformation.
