A reel, like for mormyshing, with a spool size of 800-1500, and a rod in the extra-ultralight (XUL) or ultralight (UL) class with a casting weight no higher than 0.5 g. In this video, I'm fishing with the following setup: Reel: Shimano Nexave 1000 Spinning rod: Kaida Poetic 185 cm, 0.1-2 g Line: Gossen W Mono PE #1 hybrid (baked in line) Leader: Shimano Aspire Ice Fluorocarbon 0.12 mm fluorocarbon Decoy Round Snap #000 Lure: Plankton spoon, 0.5 g
