John Ritter was filming an episode of 8 Simple Rules when he fell ill and was transported to the hospital and initially misdiagosed. He was rushed into emergency surgery but passed away tragically on September 11, 2003. He was buried at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, which is where we will also visit his grave.
