Container Skates | One Stop Handling
One Stop Handling have the 32 Tonne Container Skate kit, capable of shifting containers with ease. With the use of toe jacks you lift the container up and slide skates into place, being mindful not to place hands in vulnerable positions. Lower the jacks so as the container slides over the ISO Mounts and then secure in place by using the rod to twist lock. You then simply connect your tower to your forklift or other pulling device and position the container where it is needed. Removal is the same process in reverse. The kit provides 2x front skates with frame and tow bar, and 2x rear fixed skates with connecting rod. In the video above we used 2x HVS1.5 Mechanical Toe Jack in order to allow us to position the skates. the container was empty, One Stop Handling offers different rated Toe Jacks here. The whole frame assembly is held together with pins and circlips, so we recommend a decent pair of circlip pliers for assembly.
