Honda Deauville 650 1999 Carbs replacement

The First real test ride highlighted problems with the carbs, no power! Removed the carbs and put them through my New ultrasonic cleaner but, one of the fuel mix screws was frozen solid! I tried all sorts of stuff to get it out - I ended up braking the side wall of the screw housing and that was the end of it I had a couple of old spare carbs and realised one of them wasn't that bad so I've put it through the ultrasonic cleaner, rebuilt it but didn't have time to test them ...
