This is a mat Pilates workout but we are going to use some small equipment to mimic being on a reformer. So if you have a ring, booty band and sliders prepare those. Some substitutions for these equipment if you dont have them is: Sliders - use face washer or paper plate or tuperwear lid to glide Ring - use a cushion or use no equipment Booty band - tie a thera band around thighs or use no equipment It's a little challenging but you will love it!
