Tessa is a 24 year old woman diagnosed with NPD (narcissistic personality disorder). She created an Instagram account to educate people about her diagnosis, relationship, struggles and ending the stigma against those diagnosed with NPD. Like many mental illnesses and disorders, empathy and patience is needed from others for narcissists because NPD is often spawned through trauma.
