Well-known Norwegian breathing instructor, public speaker, entrepreneur and best-selling author Anette Aarsland will demonstrate just that - the power of breathing. Anette’s education began at the Music Conservatorium in Norway as an opera singer and continued in Milan, Rome, London and New York at the Manhattan School of Music. After a serious heartbreak which (literally) took her breath and voice away, Anette discovered the importance of correct breathing. In 2012, she founded Pusteteknikk AS (Breathing Technique) and has since been interviewed on television, radio, magazines and national newspapers. Her bestselling book PUSTEN (2014) is currently being translated into English. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
