Exploring a WILD RIVER DELTA: Hunting, Fishing, Crawfishing, and Crabbing (Catch and Cook)

This area is where the river, the Gulf, and the marsh all collide—creating one of the most alive and productive ecosystems in the country. Along the way we chased redfish, ran crawfish traps, caught crabs, and even hunted for teal as the birds migrated through. From sunrise on the river to cooking up our catch in the marsh, it was a true Louisiana experience and we made sure to eat good the whole way through.
