Touhou 7: Perfect Cherry Blossom - Extra (No Commentary)

The cherry trees were already in full bloom. Yet the Japanese hearts were not yet satisfied. A good way to describe Perfect Cherry Blossoms Extra Stage is organized chaos. With the exception of a few enemies that shoot a predictable spiral of bullets and an area of bullets rained everywhere all the attacks are aimed straight at you, they're fast but you still will know what they do. Your biggest issue will be finding the balance between those attacks. While you can plan out where to move with the attacks aimed at you it's easy to get cornered if you move to the wrong place with the slow moving bullets filling the screen. Chen is tricky. Her attacks are fast paced and with her jumpiness they can come at you from different angles. However through trial and error you can see the style of her attacks and develop strategies to dodge them Ran is an interesting boss fight and actually quite fun...though aggravating in an unexpected way. See being a nine-tailed fox she's naturally an illusionist right, well almost all of her spell cards seem to match that motif. Out of her ten spell cards six of them are much easier than they seem each having really a very paltry 'dangerous' part of them while the rest of the bullets being fluff just to scare you. Find those weaknesses and this fight is yours. Though keep in mind not everything is an illusion to a weaker attack, four of those spells are more illusions to keep you distracted from more dangerous parts of the spell. So never let your guard down when fighting her no matter how easy the fight may seem to be going.
