Ep. 738, Una giornata perfetta in Corsica… finita malissimo 😳

We can finally begin to truly discover Corsica. ❤️ After our usual breakfast, we pack our cooler to spend the day exploring: Rita prepares delicious spianata stuffed with prosciutto, mortadella, tomatoes, and cheese, perfect for our lunch overlooking the sea. 🥪 We take our new scooter and decide to explore the west coast of the island, while we continue to slowly discover the east coast with the camper, climbing north. The landscapes immediately leave us speechless, and thanks to a drone flight, we discover an incredible beach that we immediately decide to visit: Cala di Roccapina. 😍 Here we spend wonderful hours enjoying the sun, sea, and relaxation, sheltered from the wind that often blows strong on this wonderful island. After lunch, we continue our journey north, passing through mountain villages and other spectacular beaches. Crossing Corsica from coast to coast is always unique, because the climate changes completely as you gain altitude. But when we returned to the campsite, something really worried us. As soon as we parked the scooter, we noticed oil leaking from the rear hub... and the wheel was completely dirty. 😨 We immediately realized how lucky we were not to slip during the trip.
