Strobel Lake, or Jurassic Lake, is located in southern Argentina in the province of Santa Cruz. For years, it has been considered the best lake for fishing for large wild rainbow trout. During the spawning season, spectacular trout runs ascend its main tributary, the Barrancoso River.
