NeoPixel - WS2812B [German/Deutsch]

In this video, I'd like to introduce NeoPixels in more detail and discuss their special features, which distinguish them from regular RGB LEDs and which you should be aware of if you want to work with them. This is the second video upload, as in the first one, I completely misinterpreted the communication, including the registers, from the datasheet. Now I've redone this section and added a few minor details along the way.
