Spend the evening with us…

In today’s video, my wife and I take our physiotherapy session outside and turn it into something beautiful. What started as routine stretches and strength exercises slowly became a moment of connection, laughter, teamwork… and a reminder that rehabilitation doesn’t always have to feel clinical. As a wheelchair user, physiotherapy is part of my everyday life. It can be exhausting, repetitive, and sometimes frustrating. But doing it outdoors — feeling the breeze, hearing the birds, watching the sun go down — changed the energy completely. And having my wife by my side, supporting, encouraging, and sometimes pushing me (literally and figuratively 😅), made it even more meaningful. This video is about: Love in the small moments Interabled partnership and teamwork Staying consistent with rehab Finding joy in the process Healing isn’t just physical. It’s emotional. It’s relational. It’s spiritual. And sometimes, it looks like two people choosing each other again and again — even in something as simple as stretching under the evening sky. If you’ve ever struggled with consistency in your recovery journey, this one is for you. 💙 Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe.
